Crafting better Furniture

All Veezy Creations are carefully constructed to give you the perfect fit. If for any reason however, you would like to make an exchange or get a refund, you have 14 days from the day of purchase to send it back to us.

For returns to be accepted, Furniture must:

 

  • Free of stains, odours and damages.
  • Be in new condition
  • Be unscratched
  • Be unaltered

To process a return, kindly follow the guidelines below:

 

  • Send an email to specify if you would like an exchange or refund. (If you would like a refund, kindly include the account details you would like to receive the refund in the email).
  • Send your parcel back to us 
  • Exchanges are delivered within 5 working days of receiving initial garments. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of your request.
